Jay’s core principle: help clients navigate bumps by strategically planning ahead for challenges.

An avid cyclist, Jay knows what it’s like to power through a tough climb, but he’s also not one to simply grind it out. Jay prefers to use strategy—a punch of the pedal here, a hop out of the saddle there— to conquer the hills he encounters on his rides.

Jay relies on a similar strategy to help his clients overcome their proverbial mountains, too. In his role as a Business Partner, he advises private companies while also overseeing the firm’s outsourced business advisory services. Jay remains committed to a core principle of his 25-year-plus practice to help his clients navigate bumps in the road: plan ahead for challenges and follow a strategic approach.

Having advised businesses across several industries, Jay is a particularly valuable sounding board for owners of closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs. His expertise ranges from tax, audit, and accounting specialty areas to financial reporting and business advisory services. Jay also specializes in helping businesses visualize a clear path forward with strategic planning, financial forecasting, outsourcing, process improvement, and fraud investigation.

When he’s not plotting the best approach to a challenging hill or business issue, Jay is likely to be found competing on the soccer field or relaxing with family and friends.
