As a business partner, Doug helped professional services companies and other organizations develop creative solutions for challenges ranging from choosing the right entity type to increasing business value.
Doug loves efficiencies (ask him about Tesla vehicles and energy products), and he enjoys helping his clients with their business efficiencies. For over 20 years, Doug’s business acumen and forward-thinking approach helped firms and individuals with a wide range of accounting, consulting, and tax matters. He also advised businesses on purchases, sales and strategic planning and continues to consult on these types of projects today.
Doug is married, has two adult children and lives in Independence, Minnesota. Along with Tesla gatherings, he spends his free time boating, canoeing, fishing, and inline skating. In retirement, he continues to consult for the firm on special projects and to lend his knowledge and expertise to help move us forward.
I enjoy any race my body will allow me to do—from inline skating to canoe races. Not only do I enjoy the planning, but I also appreciate the many places around the world that these races take me!
