Darren Whipps, CPA to Senior Business Manager
Darren joined the Firm in 2007. He graduated from the University of Minnesota and specializes in working with businesses for accounting, consulting, and tax services. He excels with consulting on software issues, tax planning, cash flow management, and budgeting.

Seth Ferkenstad, CPA to Manager
Seth joined the firm in 2010. He has experience working on audits, reviews and compilations of private companies and preparation of tax returns.

Shelby Thorne, CPA to Manager
Shelby joined the Firm in 2007. He specializes in working with businesses audit, review and compilation services as well as business tax and general accounting services.

Victoria Holthaus to Client Services Supervisor
Victoria has served in finance and administrative roles for municipalities and joint ventures. While her background stems from experience in finance and accounting, Victoria has “worn the hat” of emergency management director, zoning administrator, administrator-clerk and economic development director. Victoria is experienced in debt management, capital improvement plans, multi-year budgeting among other items. In addition to budgeting, fiscal planning and the typical finance tasks, she has done some grant writing, secured low interest loans and grants (ARRA) for public improvement projects, and project management.

Aaron Kauffman, CPA to Senior Accountant
Aaron joined the business department of the Firm in 2013. He is a graduate of Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.

Chris Follen to Senior Client Services Accountant
Chris joined the Firm in 2015 after working as a governmental auditor for two years. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse with majors in accounting and finance. His work includes budgeting, financial reporting, and long-term planning to establish efficient and effective processes.

Kelsey Bakeberg, CPA to Senior Accountant
Kelsey joined the firm in 2013. She specializes in working with nonprofits for audits, reviews, compilations and tax services. She also helps prepare individual, corporate and payroll tax returns.

Matt Nistler, CPA to Senior Accountant
Matthew joined the firm in 2013 after graduating from Minnesota State University, Mankato. His work includes tax preparation for businesses and individuals, as well as audit services for nonprofit organizations. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys volunteering with Kiwanis, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Molly Granzow, CPA to Senior Accountant
Molly initially joined the Firm in 2013 as an intern. After completing her schooling at North Dakota State University, she returned with us full time.

Paul Cecere to Senior Accountant
Paul was a client of Abdo, Eick & Meyers before joining our firm. He owned and operated a mortgage broker business for 19 years.

Sarah Dirkx, CPA to Senior Accountant
Sarah joined the Firm in 2012 after graduating from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Her work includes audits of not-for-profits and for-profits, financial statement preparation, monthly accounting and tax preparation services for businesses, nonprofits and individuals.

Tyler Petzel to Senior Accountant
Tyler joined the firm in 2013 after graduating from Minnesota State University, Mankato in December 2012. He works on audits, reviews, and compilations of private companies and prepares tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

Tyler Stephens, CPA to Senior Accountant
Tyler joined the firm in 2013 and specializes in working on the preparation of tax returns and compilations.
