Abdo Rebrand FAQ
Why is Abdo, Eick & Meyers changing its name to Abdo?
Over the years, our firm has evolved with our clients. Listening to our clients’ needs, understanding their challenges, and adjusting how we work together is key to our partnership with the organizations, businesses and governments we serve.
When we started thinking about updating our name, we wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to update our image as well. As Abdo, Eick & Meyers, we went “beyond the numbers” to provide solutions to the issues our clients face. As Abdo, we’re focused even more on bringing a deeper level of expertise and empathy to our clients. We think differently than other firms. At our core, we are catalysts who shine a light on the way forward, committed to guiding our clients toward their goals.
What else is changing?
Moving forward as Abdo isn’t just about having a shorter name.
Along with our new name, our logo, brand colors, and other visual elements you’ll see will have a fresh, modern look. Abdo will have a new website and social media handles, and our people will have new email addresses.
Our social media pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube have all been updated as Abdo Solutions.
In addition, clients of AEM Financial Solutions need to be aware that AEM Financial Solutions is now Abdo Financial Solutions.
How will I know the email address for my contact at Abdo?
Keeping an open line of communication is a top priority for our professionals working with clients. Abdo professionals’ email addresses remain the same before the “@” and will now end in abdosolutions.com. For example, if John Doe’s AEM email was firstname.lastname@example.org, it is now email@example.com.
For clients of AEM Financial Solutions, the new email addresses remain the same before the “@” and now ends in abdofs.com.
To ensure our emails are not delayed, clients should update digital contact cards and set their spam filter to accept emails from “@abdosolutions.com,” or “@abdofs.com,” respectively.
What isn’t changing?
Abdo’s office locations, addresses and phone numbers remain the same. There will not be any change to client logins for the client portal and payment links.
Will I still be working with the same people?
We’ve always provided our expertise to help clients navigate the road ahead efficiently and effectively. That hasn’t changed. Our clients will continue to work with the same partners and team members they know and trust and receive the same level of exceptional service they have come to expect.
What happened to Eick & Meyers?
Unlike some other firms who change their name, ours is not the result in a change in leadership, ownership or structure. Eick & Meyers have long since been retired from the firm, and their legacy is reflected in the continuation of the same values we’ve always had.
What do I need to do to ensure my payments are received properly?
Abdo clients need to update their payment systems to reflect our new name—Abdo (or Abdo Financial Solutions for certain clients). Our physical addresses remain the same.
What if I have already sent a payment to Abdo, Eick & Meyers? Will I need to resend?
While we encourage clients to make the name change in your systems, we will be able to accept payments made out to Abdo, Eick & Meyers at this time.
