Jana Cinnamon named winner of the 1st annual Bridging the Gap in Talent Development Award

Edina, MN – Abdo, Eick & Meyers announced today that Jana Cinnamon is the recipient of the 1st Annual Bridging the Gap In Talent Development Award presented by Boomer Consulting, Inc. This award recognizes an individual in the accounting industry that excels in aligning firm vision with talent development.

Jana Cinnamon joined Abdo, Eick & Meyers in December 2013 as its Learning Director. She leads the firm’s training and development function, and also manages the college recruiting process. Prior to joining the firm, Jana gained valuable experience as a training and organizational development manager in the banking industry.

Jana Cinnamon was honored at the 2013 Boomer Technology Circles Summit & Talent Development Advantage conference on August 19-20, 2013 in Kansas City, MO. The event brought together firm leaders, technology professionals and talent development leaders with a focus on bridging the gap between technology, firm management and talent development.
