Abdo, Eick & Meyers, LLP Announces George Willie Scholarship & Internship Recipient

EDINA, MN  |  September 14, 2021 – Abdo, Eick & Meyers is excited to announce Musab Makhtal from Concordia University-St. Paul as our 2022 AICPA PCPS George Willie Scholarship and Internship recipient.

The annual program provides scholarships and internships to ten ethnic minority accounting students who are pursuing their CPA license. The AICPA’s scholarship provides up to $10,000 to each student to assist with their final year of study. Each recipient also receives an internship opportunity during the 2022 busy season (January to April) sponsored by one of the AICPA’s Private Company Practice Section member firms.

Musab will be joining the firm as part of our Internship program in our Edina office working with the tax department.
