NOTE: Because the COVID-19 situation is dynamic, with new governmental measures each day, employers should consult with counsel for the latest developments and updated guidance on this topic.

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) was signed into law on March 18, 2020, and includes new requirements for public and private employers with less than 500 employees to provide paid sick leave, family leave, or medical leave to their employees for coronavirus-related reasons. Read more about the employer-paid leave requirements and related tax credit provisions by clicking here.

Join Leah and Brenna from AEM Workforce Solutions team as they discuss and review the FFCRA requirements and employer implications that may impact your organization. Also, visit our COVID-19 resource page for more information and daily content and updates.
